The Journey to Your True Self
Welcome, dear soul. My journey as a meditation teacher, spiritual coach, and mindfulness guide has allowed me the honour of helping others, just like you, on their own paths to self-discovery and inner peace. My approach is woven from a rich tapestry of wisdom accumulated over 20 years, a period during which I was a dedicated Buddhist monk and a student of the human psyche.​
The Pillars of My Practice
1. Holistic Integration: Meditation, mindfulness, and spiritual teachings don’t exist in silos. They are interconnected facets of a larger, vibrant whole. I integrate teachings from Buddhist psychology, reiki, zen, and psychotherapy to offer you a rounded approach to self-development.
